I met Don randomly off a real estate listing for a town home in Anoka off craigslist in January 2010, I am a 29 year old single mother and had no idea what I needed to do to get from renting to owning but I knew right from that first meeting Don was going to be a good choice for my Realtor. He wasn't pushy or overbearing just let me go at my own pace and was very up front with me. I did not buy that town house, I did not buy the 20 or so homes that followed. Eventually I fell in love with a short sale and put in an offer in March, waited until July and well, house 1 just wasn't meant to be. Don helped me with some city programs and took every single one of my 10 or so phone calls/ questions a day until the very end, even going with me to show me the house over and over as I anticipated my closing. I closed In November on a great place to raise my daughter nearly 2,000 square feet in a great neighborhood with a mortgage about a third less than what I was paying in rent. I was scared to death in the beginning about even starting the process Don was awesome and didn't let sellers push me around, I ended up with a great place and I suggest Don to everyone who even mentions they are thinking about buying.
